I acknowledge that electricity supply in Koh Samui may occasionally be interrupted due to issues beyond the control of Desk & Chair Samui, sometimes without prior notice from the local authorities. While the company does not typically experience frequent disruptions, unforeseen power outages may occur. I understand and agree that payments made are non-refundable in the event of such electricity interruptions, as they are outside the company’s control.
